Message	response, but based on general appearance of the components, the amount of rust, the number of layers of paint on those calipers, the uneven contact of the pistons to the pads, I think his best bet will be to start fresh. Obviously, easier said than done if there are budgetary concerns, but considering everything he has tried so far, a fresh start is probably in order.
